The iPod Blues

Today on the treadmill
I'll be sad and blue
Left my iPod at home
Don't know what I will do

Once when it was broken
I was down and lonely
Then sister in law Keri
Shared an ear bud with me

My husband had fixed it
Fixed it up real good
That iPod was working
Just the way that it should

I walked out this morning
Did not give it a thought
Just realized this moment
That it was not brought

So now I am singin'
I'm singin' the blues
Don't know how I'll last
Don't know how I can't lose
